Customer Service Officer
As a Customer Service Officer, you will manage international customer portfolios and oversee the order-to-cash process in SAP. From accurate order entry to timely delivery and invoicing, you ensure everything runs efficiently. With your strong communication skills and customer-oriented approach, you will be the central link between the customer, production, and logistics.
What will be your responsibilities?
- You manage a customer portfolio consisting of Chevron and TotalEnergies affiliates.
- You oversee the entire order-to-cash (O2C) process in a SAP environment.
- You ensure timely and accurate order entry.
- You coordinate logistics and make sure all (export) documentation is in place.
- You ensure accurate pricing and on-time invoicing.
- You act as the Single Point of Contact for the customer regarding orders, logistics and documentation.
- You ensure seamless communication and collaboration with customers.
- You liaise between the customer, production plant, and logistics service provider (LSP).
- You proactively resolve issues related to orders and deliveries and keep customers informed.
- You build close working relationships with customers to understand and meet their needs.
- You directly report to the Customer Service Manager.
What makes you the right candidate for this role?
- You hold a bachelor’s degree in applied language studies, Logistics management, Office Management or equivalent through experience.
- You are fluent in Dutch and English (written and spoken). Knowledge of other languages is an asset.
- You work effectively with diverse teams and customers worldwide.
- You have a proactive mindset, strong problem-solving skills and the ability to adapt to new technologies quickly.
- You combine flexibility and strong planning skills with a hands-on mentality, enabling you to manage multiple priorities effectively.
- You communicate clearly and professionally.
