Customer Service Officer – Operations & Client Relations (M/F/X)

Main Responsibilities
- Manage internal administrative tasks in strict compliance with procedures, deadlines, and quality standards.
- Collaborate effectively with internal teams to ensure smooth and efficient handling of requests.
- Respond to customer inquiries (via phone or email) professionally, clearly, and promptly.
- Identify specific customer needs, provide tailored solutions, and demonstrate active listening.
- Accurately update customer data in management tools, strictly following confidentiality rules.
- Contribute to continuous service improvement by analyzing satisfaction indicators and sharing feedback.
- Detect opportunities for additional services and direct customers to the appropriate internal contacts.
Profile Sought
- Excellent command of French and Dutch, both spoken and written; English is a valuable asset.
- Proficiency with digital tools, especially Microsoft 365; experience with CRM or ERP systems is an advantage.
- Strong communication skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and analyze situations effectively.
- Rigorous, autonomous, patient, and a strong team player.
- CESS-level diploma is an asset, but motivation, commitment, and proven skills are most important.
