We are seeking a Business Architect Consultant with a background in customer experience (CX) and digital transformation to join our dynamic team of consultants working on digital transformation projects focused on Customer Engagement. This role bridges strategic business goals with CX technology solutions such as marketing automation, CRM, and customer data analytics and platforms. The ideal candidate will possess strong business acumen, data proficiency, and solution design skills to lead clients through meaningful CX transformations. Proficiency in data analytics, marketing automation, and CRM is essential.
The team, position & mission:
Play a pivotal role in guiding organizations through their digital transformation journey. Our focus is on transitioning businesses from product-centric to customer-centric digital experiences, leveraging cutting-edge methodologies and technologies. Working closely with our clients, you'll explore lead-nurtured customer cycles, utilizing tools such as behavioral analytics, marketing automation, AI & machine learning, and data-driven campaign targeting to optimize their digital strategies.
As part of our team of 15 skilled and motivated consultants based in Brussels, you'll collaborate across various sectors, drawing on the expertise of our technical Customer Engagement team to create synergies and deliver comprehensive solutions. Through interactive meet-ups and a culture of knowledge sharing, we foster a positive team spirit and an environment conducive to individual growth. Our team comprises professionals from diverse backgrounds in business management, marketing, and digitalization, united by a shared passion for leveraging technology to enhance customer experience.

What you’ll do:
All the responsibilities we’ll trust you with
- Contribute to the design and architecture of customer experience solutions, focusing on digital marketing solutions, CRM, and customer data analytics.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to understand business goals and translate them into actionable CX strategies.
- Understanding business processes within CX, being able to define them and map them accordingly.
- Translate business and functional requirements into actionable solution frameworks.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to define and optimize omni-channel customer journeys.
- Define data modelling and transformation rules within CX platforms (e.g., CRMs, Marketing automation, CDPs).
- Develop and implement segmentation strategies that enhance customer interactions across touchpoints.
- Utilize analytical skills to leverage data insights for optimizing customer experience initiatives.
- Ensure compliance with privacy, governance, and data quality standards in all CX solutions.
- Engage in Agile methodologies to facilitate project collaboration and enhance team performance.
Who you are:
That matter most for this role
Your education & experience
- Master’s degree in Business, Marketing, Computer Science, or related field.
- Minimum 3 years of experience in digital transformation, CX consulting, or business architecture.
Your technical expertise
- Experience with customer engagement (CE) solutions ecosystem, at least in 1 solution, including data or digital applications, platforms, or models that influence end customer interactions, such as marketing automation, campaign analytics, marketing targeting, customer data platforms, and chatbots. (e.g. Adobe, Google, IBM, Marketo, Salesforce, SAS).
- Functional knowledge of tools like SQL, Python, Postman for data analysis and integration.
- Proven experience with data modelling, analytics and ETL pipeline design.
- Familiarity with Agile frameworks (Scrum, Kanban, SaFE) and project management methodologies.
Your business & consulting skills
- Fluency in one of the national languages (Dutch/French) and good understanding of the other.
- Full proficiency in English.
- Strong business acumen with the ability to align digital solutions to strategic goals.
- Excellent analytical, conceptual thinking, and problem-solving skills.
- Effective communication and presentation abilities to engage both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
- Experience in consulting and implementation projects, preferably in financial or retail sector.
