Mission Context
As part of a major digital transformation project, we are migrating the current system to SAP S/4HANA. To ensure the success of this transition and to foster adoption of new practices and tools, we are looking for a Change Manager (Medior).
The selected candidate will join the project team from the implementation phase and will be responsible for managing the human side of change.
- Supporting employees and stakeholders in adopting new processes,
- Ensuring proper use and ownership of new tools,
- Driving reinforcement actions to sustainably embed the changes.
Responsibilities
- Conduct preliminary analyses to prepare change management plans.
- Define, implement, and continuously adapt change management strategies based on the PROSCI methodology (mandatory).
- Lead digital communication initiatives with engaging, clear, and targeted messages.
- Support managers and change ambassadors in their role as relays to their teams.
- Monitor adoption, engagement, and usage indicators, identify risks, and implement corrective actions.
- Foster a participative and proactive approach to encourage ownership of new tools and processes.
- Contribute to training, coaching, and upskilling of impacted teams.
Profile
- PROSCI certification in change management, held for at least 3 years.
- Proven experience in change management, ideally within digital transformation or ERP implementation projects (SAP knowledge is a plus).
- Strong skills in individual and/or group coaching are highly appreciated.
- Excellent written and verbal digital communication skills.
- Minimum of 5 years of professional experience, including at least 3 years dedicated to change management.
- Autonomous, structured, proactive, and solution-oriented mindset.
Languages
- French & English: mandatory (both written and spoken)
- Dutch: nice to have
Working Conditions
- Hybrid work setup (2 days remote / week)
