We are looking for an experienced Business Change Manager to support strategic digital transformation initiatives. The successful candidate will drive change across processes, technologies, and stakeholders, ensuring alignment with organizational goals and fostering adoption of new ways of working.
Key Responsibilities
- Contribute to strategic planning and communicate roadmaps to stakeholders.
- Lead business situation analysis in complex and ambiguous contexts, identifying problems and opportunities.
- Manage and implement business process improvements, leveraging automation and innovative solutions.
- Develop and execute change management plans, ensuring readiness before go-live.
- Build and maintain strong stakeholder relationships at senior levels, facilitating collaboration and alignment.
- Collect and analyze feedback to continuously improve change management strategies.
Your Profile
- Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field, or equivalent professional experience (10+ years).
- Proven experience in change management, business transformation, or project management through digital adoption.
- Strong knowledge of change management methodologies (e.g., ADKAR, Prosci, Kotter).
- Experience with emerging technologies (AI, RPA, IoT, cloud computing, data analytics).
- Familiarity with Agile, Scrum, or other project management methodologies.
- Excellent communication, leadership, and interpersonal skills with the ability to influence stakeholders.
- Strong analytical skills with experience managing risks in transformation projects.
- Experience in multinational environments is an asset.
- Valid security clearance is mandatory – applications without clearance cannot be considered.
