Role Overview
Join a dynamic and innovative team to contribute to the design, development, and enhancement of strategic applications within a complex IT environment. You will work on both new functionalities and improvements to existing systems, ensuring high-quality delivery and optimal performance.
Key Responsibilities
- Design, analyse, and develop new application features.
- Perform corrective and evolutionary maintenance on existing applications.
- Produce and maintain functional and technical documentation.
- Collaborate closely with the project team to ensure smooth progress and high-quality outcomes.
Technical Environment
- Development: Java, Angular, Spring MVC, CSS Foundation
- Database: PostgreSQL
- Application server: Tomcat
- Project tracking: UTrack, GLPI
- Documentation: Alfresco
Profile Requirements
- Proven experience in back-end development (Java, Spring MVC).
- Working knowledge of Angular and CSS Foundation.
- Familiarity with PostgreSQL, Tomcat, and tools such as UTrack and GLPI.
- Strong documentation skills and attention to detail.
- Native-level French, with excellent communication abilities.

Although open to technologies used by our customers, ABAKUS IT-SOLUTIONS seeks mainly but not only consultants mastering: Windows and Linux Servers, networks, developments (JAVA, SAP, .NET,…) as well as highly specialized experts for example in cybersecurity or in Content Management System (CMS) (SharePoint, Drupal, WebLogic…).
In terms of non-technical competencies, ABAKUS IT-SOLUTIONS hires dynamic persons, open to the world, interested by innovation and having a keen sense of client relationship.
A very good command of English is essential, the capacity to speak French, German or Dutch is an asset.
Even though most of our positions require at least 3 years of experience, some are open to new starters.
