️ Operational Responsibilities
You’ll help manage and optimize content across our webshop and affiliate platforms:
Daily Content Maintenance
Perform regular content checks on our site and affiliate partner platforms.
Improve filter options and category assignments for better navigation.
Rewrite key sections (e.g., FAQ) to enhance clarity and customer friendliness.
Content Creation
Develop unique content such as “Why HP for Small Businesses?”
Write engaging blog posts.
Coordinate Live Expert video sessions.
Research Project
You’ll lead a research initiative tailored to your interests and profile, examples include:
Mapping the current customer journey and identifying improvement opportunities.
Understanding why customers choose direct brand purchases.
Exploring motivations behind newsletter sign-ups.
Investigating how small business customers orient themselves and make IT purchase decisions, including competitive landscape analysis and differentiation strategies.
Business Development
You’ll contribute to expanding our reach and engagement:
Identify and help launch new (online) partnerships to attract fresh audiences.
Develop strategies to better connect with the student community, including outreach to key associations.
Activate our HP CEP customer base and maximize engagement within existing communities.
