As an EV (Electric Vehicule) Project Leader VIE, you’ll hold a customer-oriented role and have the opportunity to support the sales team while working closely with the Technical teams.
You’ll be the privileged touchpoint of our customers during the project phase for all non-commercial aspects, and will ensure to create and maintain the key contacts between the customer and the Engineering, Quality and Supply Chain departments among others.
This way, you’ll drive automotive OEM and Tier One projects from the quotation phase (RFI/RFQ) to customer nomination, guiding them through prototype builds, design reviews, and technical/financial proposals.
Your main missions will include:
- Facilitating a clear and timely communication with internal teams and the Steering Committee members;
- Maintaining strong customer relationships through regular exchanges and engagement;
- Developing and implementing tools to enhance communication across internal and external teams;
- Establishing and managing long-term program schedules, proactively identifying potential deviations;
- Planning and leading weekly and monthly meetings with predefined agendas to maximize the efficiency of the projects;
- Documenting meetings and generating monthly reports, ensuring full traceability of program progress.

- This is a 12-month mission – the possibility to renew the contract for 12 more months will be discussed further on.
- You’ll have the possibility to work from home two days per week

- You hold a Master's degree in Engineering (Generalist, Materials, Physics) or a related field
- You have a first experience in project planning and/or product management, within an industrial environment
- You have strong data synthesis skills, and can analyze and present data in graphical and structured formats (PowerPoint, Excel)
- You feel at ease with creating and delivering presentations to various organizational levels
- You have strong communication skills and have a proactive mindset
- You are recognized for your organizational skills and attention to detail
- You could develop some resilience while managing challenges
- You hold a Driving License
- You are Fluent in English (C1 level) and have a good proficiency in French.

- Then, you’ll have a final meeting which will take place at our Chaineux plant; It will be the opportunity to meet with team members in person and visit the plant (this will take place on-site, in Chaineux)
