Your Missions
In this transversal role, you will serve as a vital link between internal coordination and customer support. Your key responsibilities will include:
- Managing daily administrative activities to ensure continuity and operational fluidity.
- Coordinating internal communications to optimize processes and guarantee seamless information exchange.
- Handling customer inquiries (by phone or email) with professionalism, clarity, and reactivity.
- Assisting clients throughout their requests, ensuring timely and satisfactory follow-up and resolution.
- Maintaining accurate and up-to-date customer information in management systems, ensuring data reliability and full traceability.
- Identifying opportunities to improve internal workflows and tools, and suggesting actionable solutions.
- Analyzing customer needs to deliver tailored responses and elevate the overall client experience.
- Contributing actively to a culture of continuous improvement and collaborative teamwork.
Your Profile
- Fluent in French and Dutch, both written and spoken; English is a strong asset.
- Proficient with digital tools, especially Microsoft 365; experience with CRM or ERP systems is a plus.
- Excellent organizational abilities, with the capacity to handle multiple priorities efficiently and accurately.
- Analytical, service-minded, proactive, and equipped with excellent interpersonal communication skills.
- A CESS-level diploma is preferred; experience in administration, coordination, or customer service is a definite advantage.
