ABOUT THE JOB

ARE YOU UP FOR THE CHALLENGE?
We want you to be a part of our team, from Brussels, as a Business Analyst.
WHAT WILL YOU DO IN YOUR DAY-TO-DAY?
Typical tasks of a BAN includes:
- Analysis of Business requirements.
- Documentation of Business requirements.
- Business model analysis.
- Business process analysis.
- Business processes modelling
- Functional requirements and business cases analysis.
- Risk analysis.
- Assistance in writing Business cases, Vision documents, Project Charters and Security Plans.
Following tasks will also be performed by external service provider:
- Use case, user stories writing according to the definition of ready and validation according to the definition of done (through testing)
- Requirements gathering from legislation, business owners, users
- Work in close collaboration with the business and have all the requirements validated by the business
- Making sure the product backlog is ‘full’ so that the development team is busy
- Plan Programme Increments
WHAT DO WE EXPECT FROM YOU?
- Experience with large, enterprise-level multi-user Information Systems.
- Experience in Agile.
- Good knowledge of agile toolbox (i.e. JIRA, Confluence, BigPicture, Gliffy, Balsamiq, etc.).
- Good knowledge of Application Management Lifecycle.
- Good knowledge of data modeling
- Good knowledge of BPMN (4 years at least) and UML (4 years at least)
- Requirements gathering
- RUP or Scrum
- Business modelling / data modelling
- Ability to understand, speak and write English (C1 level), French (B1) will be an advantage.
CERTIFICATIONS & STANDARDS:
- BPMN or UML certification
or
- Certified Business Analyst Professional CBAP
