Role description:
We need a Senior Business Analyst to manage our current AML monitoring tool, freeing up time for existing team members.
Function Description:
Main tasks: According to what is described in our AML Detection Procedure for Creation and Review of Scenarios:
Intake of the risk analysis exercise conducted by the AML framework team.
Translate this risk analysis into an effective and relevant AML detection scenario.
Collaborate with a technical profile within the team to determine the correct scenario logic and perform simulations on historical data.
Discuss the results with the AML framework team.
Prepare an audit trail document that records all steps, including an aftercare three months after the implementation.
Prepare and present slides to the AML/CTF TM Framework Committee.
Manage the change process for the L1 and L2 teams.
Follow up on the go-live phase and aftercare, checking alert volume and relevancy rate of the scenario.
Agile Requirements:
Having knowledge of the Agile Way of Working is a plus.
