onsemi is seeking a Verification Enablement Expert that will lead a corporate wide effort to establish common Digital and Mixed Signal Verification flow which consists of procedures, checklists, methods and automation. You will lead corporate wide cross functional teams and coordinate the efforts with the Centers of Excellence, IP development, NPD development and CAD to come to a verification flow of the highest standard.
This role is pivotal in ensuring that the engineering verification processes and methods that support New Product Development (NPD) and Intellectual Property (IP) Development are effectively implemented throughout the company.
You will work in the NPD Enablement team and report the Director NPD Enablement. The NPD Enablement team is responsible for supporting all product families, which includes developing and refining procedures and methodologies for various design processes such as analog, digital, mixed-signal, and discrete design.

Lead the digital and the mixed signal verification council (with representation of all company verification stakeholders).
Update and maintain the New Product Development (NPD) Advanced Verification Process (AVP) Global Activity Specification (GAS) document.
Develop, update and maintain NPD AVP GAS training.
Populate Advanced Verification Confluence with verification content and material.
Develop, update and maintain NPD/IPD Verification Checklist.
Develop document outlining Verification review process and guidelines.
Develop, update and maintain a standardized PPTX template for Verification Milestone Reviews.
Participate in Design/Verification Reviews to ensure project meets AVP GAS standards.
Advise the engineering community on governance, tools, processes, and flows.
Provide updates to the engineering community via Quarterly Communications meetings.
Coordinate with other Enablement leads to ensure alignment of the EDF Design Flow.
Lead the onsemi verification Platform (based on UVMF) definition and adoption.
Coordinate the verification Platform development within the Enablement team and CAD
Work with EDA vendors and CAD to select and introduce state of the art verification tools within the verification flow.
Develop and maintain a verification roadmap to make sure we keep the highest standards on a longer term.
Masters's degree in Engineering.
+5Y experience in digital and/or mixed signal verification execution.
A solid understanding of Digital and/or Mixed signal IC design and verification methodologies.
A good understanding of NPD processes.
A solid understanding in behavior and modelling languages (SystemVerilog, UVM, UVMF, AMS).
Experience in leading multisite and crossfunctional workgroups.
Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
Nice to have:
Experience in digital, analog or mixed signal IC or IP design.
Proficiency in the verification toolflow from Siemens, Synopsys or Cadence.
Proficiency in requirements management flows and tools.
Knowledge of programming and scripting languages (C/C++, Perl, Tcl, Jaml, Python)
