About the Role
We’re looking for a Senior Sales Enablement Manager with a sharp focus on revenue growth and operational scale to equip our Sales, Business Development, and Customer Success teams with the tools, content, and training they need to succeed.
You’ll define quarterly enablement priorities based on the most powerful revenue levers - whether that’s reducing ramp-up time, improving win rates, or unlocking new outbound channels.
As part of the Sales Enablement function, you'll work cross-functionally with Sales, Marketing, Business Development, Product, and Customer Success to build and execute a clear, data-driven roadmap to close, grow, and retain more business.
Key Responsibilities
Revenue Impact
- Identify the most critical levers for revenue growth and turn them into a quarterly enablement roadmap.
- Define success metrics and KPIs, track performance rigorously, and be accountable for results.
- Partner with RevOps to analyse performance metrics (conversion rates, ramp time, quota attainment) to assess enablement impact and recalibrate enablement priorities quarterly.
Onboarding & Continuous Training
- Design and lead onboarding for Sales, BDRs, and CSMs, with a focus on shortening ramp-up time and instilling repeatable behaviours from day one.
- Integrate process improvement into onboarding and ongoing enablement.
- Collaborate with managers to identify skill gaps and define learning paths.
- Facilitate structured coaching programmes, including live call shadowing, peer feedback loops, and deal reviews.
- Support managers in reinforcing sales methodologies (e.g., MEDDIC) and embedding them into daily routines.
Business Development Acceleration
- Partner with BDR leadership to build outbound playbooks, including messaging frameworks, qualification guides, and objection-handling scripts.
- Deliver training sessions and refreshers focused on cold outreach, discovery calls, and lead qualification.
- Provide competitive intel and timely market insights to support smarter prospecting and positioning.
Scalable Sales Practices
- Industrialise Sales workflows by standardising best practices, playbooks, and messaging frameworks across segments and roles (AEs, BDRs, CSMs).
- Lead the development and evolution of sales processes to improve consistency, speed, and conversion.
- Identify friction points in the sales cycle and collaborate cross-functionally to eliminate them through tooling, content, or process changes.
- Conduct regular competitive and market analysis to adapt sales plays, sharpen positioning, and stay ahead of market shifts.
- Gather customer and post-sale feedback to inform messaging, refine qualification criteria, and anticipate objections.
Content & Sales Collateral
- Govern a high-impact library of enablement materials: decks, battle cards, outbound templates, objection handling scripts, persona cheat sheets, and more.
- Equip Business Development teams with high-performing outbound messaging tailored by persona, vertical, and buyer stage.
- Partner with Product Marketing to ensure content reflects up-to-date positioning, competitive shifts, and real customer insights.
- Regularly audit and refresh materials to keep content accurate and relevant.
- Channel insights into the sales process and collateral to support stronger positioning and sales outcomes.
Requirements
- 3–5+ years in a Sales Enablement, Revenue Enablement, or similar role within a high-growth B2B SaaS or tech company.
- Hands-on experience enabling multiple go-to-market functions (Sales, BDRs, and/or CSMs).
- Deep understanding of B2B sales processes and common sales methodologies.
- Ability to use data to prove impact of enablement initiatives.
- Skilled at building enablement content, facilitating training sessions, and driving adoption of new tools and processes.
- Familiar with CRM and enablement platforms (e.g., Salesforce, Gong, Highspot, Notion, LMS tools).
- Ability to analyze recorded prospect & customer meetings and coach individuals continuously to maximize customer experience and revenue.
- Strong project management, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
