Your role & influence as Vendor Marketing Project Manager
Responsibility: You will be given responsibility for leading the end-to-end execution of vendor marketing campaigns across the Benelux region—coordinating stakeholders, managing timelines and budgets, and ensuring each initiative delivers impact for both Dustin and its strategic partners.
Collaboration: Together with your team, you take care of executing impactful vendor marketing campaigns that drive value for both Dustin and its strategic partners. You'll work closely not only with your immediate team members but also with departments in Brand & Marketing and internal stakeholders such as Category and Vendor Management. In addition, you collaborate closely with Strategic Vendor Marketing Managers and vendors to ensure campaigns stay aligned with both local relevance and overall strategy.
Core activities:
- Build and refine campaign briefs
- Coordinate the creation and delivery of design and content assets
- Manage timelines, budgets, and vendor communication from planning to execution

For this role specific you can expect:
- You will receive €0.26 per kilometer travel allowance or a complete public transport compensation
- Home working allowance of €2,35 per work-at-home day, paid monthly

Additionally, it's important that:
- You have a bachelor's degree level of working and thinking
- You have experience with marketing project management or coordination, preferably within the IT or retail sectors
- You bring technical skills in data analysis and marketing tools, and are open to learning new platforms (knowledge in Jira is a plus)
- Fluent in English and Dutch/Flemish
