Your Mission
As an UX Design Expert, you will play a pivotal role in the design and evolution of digital products by:
- Leading user research activities (interviews, surveys, usability testing, focus groups) to uncover real user needs and pain points.
- Defining and executing in-depth research strategies to better understand user behavior and expectations.
- Designing responsive, mobile-first prototypes (both low and high fidelity) with a focus on accessibility and seamless user experience.
- Collaborating closely with business analysts, developers, and stakeholders to align the design vision with technical constraints.
- Ensuring compliance with WCAG 2.1 accessibility standards across all interfaces.
- Creating and maintaining design systems and style guides to guarantee application consistency.
- Facilitating co-design workshops and conducting iterative user testing.
- Actively involving clients and teams in validation, feedback, and continuous iteration processes.
- Driving improvements in UX methods, tools, and best practices across the organization.
Your Profile
- Minimum 5 years of proven UX design experience supported by a mandatory portfolio.
- Mastery of the full UX design lifecycle: user research, journey mapping, wireframing, prototyping, and UI design.
- Advanced expertise in Figma; strong skills in Adobe XD, Axure, and Conceptboard.
- Solid understanding and hands-on experience with WCAG 2.1 accessibility standards.
- Ability to facilitate workshops using tools such as Mentimeter.
- Excellent communication skills in French and Dutch, with fluent English proficiency.
- Strong interpersonal skills, collaborative mindset, and the ability to engage stakeholders.
- Self-motivated, detail-oriented, and comfortable working in agile and iterative environments.
