We are looking for a Technical Solution Lead to join us in our Datacenter and Cloud Services team, based in our Braine l’Alleud site, in Belgium.

Who you’ll work with
What you’ll do
- Define and communicate the strategic direction for datacenter and cloud infrastructure solutions
- Design and implement scalable, secure, and resilient infrastructure across hybrid environments
- Collaborate with business and technical teams to ensure aligned solution delivery
- Establish and govern best practices for infrastructure operations and architecture
- Identify and champion new technologies and process improvements
- Support project planning and execution of key infrastructure initiatives
Interested? For this role we’re looking for the following education, experience and skills
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field
- 7+ years in IT infrastructure, datacenter, or cloud-related roles
- Proven experience in technical leadership or solution architecture in complex environments
- Strong knowledge of datacenter operations, virtualization, networking, and cloud platforms
- Experience with automation, security, and monitoring technologies
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
