Your mission, should you choose to accept it:
- Store management: Make sure everything runs smoothly, from merchandising to checkout, and ensure our customers enjoy a unique and unforgettable experience.
- Team leadership: Create a dynamic work atmosphere, motivate your team, and train newcomers so they become true Cabaïa ambassadors.
- Planning & performance: Manage team schedules, monitor performance indicators, and make sure objectives are met.
- Sales operations: Boost sales, bring special events to life, and ensure our customers leave with the biggest smile possible.
- Customer service & sales: Use your expertise to guide customers, help them choose, and sell our colorful products with enthusiasm.
- Logistics: Receive deliveries, organize stock, and take part in inventories to keep your store as wonderful as possible.
- Cash handling & disputes: Manage the cash register with ease, make bank deposits, and resolve minor customer issues with diplomacy.

- A born leader, capable of making everyone smile while delivering results;
- You love challenges, want everyone to wear Cabaïa, and above all, know how to create a tight-knit team;
- At least 3 years of experience managing 2 retail locations;
