Sofico is seeking a seasoned Team Leader with a strong software background and extensive experience in coaching and mentoring. The ideal candidate should excel in guiding and developing teams. In this role, you will be responsible for setting the team’s direction, motivating members, and fostering a culture of continuous improvement. Your ability to interact effectively with teams, manage career development coaching, and build strong relationships will be key to your success. You will also play a crucial role in recruiting and onboarding new team members, as well as managing and coaching existing staff.

Your interests & skills

- Proven Team Leadership: You have previous experience as a Team Leader with a strong track record of successfully managing and developing teams.
- Interpersonal Skills: You naturally interact with and understand the needs of your team members, fostering strong and supportive relationships.
- Career Coaching: You possess expertise in guiding and coaching team members on their career development, helping them to achieve their full potential.
- Collaboration: You are a strong team player who thrives in collaborative environments and works effectively with others to achieve shared goals.
- Software Knowledge: You have experience in software development processes, allowing you to understand and navigate complex systems.
- Project Lifecycle Understanding: You have an in-depth knowledge of the software development project lifecycle, ensuring successful project delivery from start to finish.
- Software Configuration: You bring experience in configuring large or complex software packages, contributing to the successful implementation and customization of software solutions.
- Proficient in the Dutch Language (C1)
