We are looking for an experienced Senior Penetration Tester to join a strategic cybersecurity mission. You will work within a specialized team dedicated to protecting critical information systems in a highly secure environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Execute web, infrastructure, and application penetration tests using defined methodologies
- Conduct security design reviews and compliance audits
- Report findings to both technical and executive stakeholders
- Draft technical reports and risk mitigation plans
- Follow the Responsible Disclosure Process for vulnerabilities
- Coordinate with internal and external stakeholders and support cyber exercises
- Participate in daily scrum meetings and weekly sprint retrospectives
- Deliver progress reports per sprint and a final closure report
Profile required:
- Education & Experience:
- BSc in IT or equivalent experience (minimum 10 years in relevant fields)
- At least 3 years of experience in:
- Web and IT infrastructure penetration testing
- Security architecture and OS vulnerability assessments
- Using penetration tools/methodologies (e.g., Kali Linux, Metasploit)
- UNIX/Windows system administration
- Scripting (Python, Go, PowerShell, Bash)
- Skills:
- Strong understanding of cryptography, network protocols, and malware protection
- Ability to evaluate risks and propose technical remediation
- Excellent reporting and communication skills
- Desirable Qualifications:
- Industry certifications: OSCP, OSCE, OSWE, GPEN, GWAPT, GXPN, CREST
- Experience in risk analysis frameworks
- Familiarity with international military or civilian organizations
- Minimum B2 level in French (spoken and written) is required.
- SECRET-level security clearance is mandatory.
- EU citizenship is required.
