Your role
As a senior account manager, you will play a key role in growing the pipeline and acquiring new business within Cloud Infrastructure Services, focusing on a portfolio of clients in a specific market segment.
Your goal will be to lead initiatives that contribute to sustainable top-line growth:
- Identify and qualify new opportunities within your assigned territory or target accounts, contributing to the team’s overall growth goals.
- Support and guide opportunities through the full sales lifecycle—from initial qualification to successful closure—ensuring a smooth and collaborative process.
- Take ownership of your part in the sales process, working closely with colleagues and stakeholders to deliver strong outcomes.
- Contribute to the development and execution of sales strategies and plans, while aligning with broader sector and organizational goals.
- Work toward individual sales targets that contribute to shared team success, with support and collaboration from peers and leadership.
- Collaborate with delivery teams (e.g., Delivery Executive, Service Delivery Manager, Portfolio Lead) to ensure alignment and client satisfaction.
- Engage with a diverse group of internal and external stakeholders, building strong relationships and fostering open communication.

Required Competencies
- Demonstrated experience in developing new business and contributing to growth across diverse industries and client types, with an understanding of market dynamics and competitive landscapes.
- Background in selling cloud infrastructure solutions and services, with a focus on addressing client needs and delivering value.
- Collaborative team member who builds trust across functions and levels in a matrix environment, fostering strong relationships and shared success.
- Skilled at articulating client challenges and translating them into effective, outcome-driven solutions.
- Strong commercial awareness, including experience with pricing strategies, contract development, and negotiation.
- Comfortable navigating internal processes and governance structures to move opportunities forward efficiently.
- Brings a consultative sales approach, using storytelling, active listening, insightful questioning, and the ability to inspire and support others.
- Excellent command of Dutch/French and English
