Job Description
ARHS Group - part of Accenture - is looking for an experienced Scrum Master to join a dynamic Agile team responsible for delivering innovative end-to-end solutions in areas related to Web applications.
Role & Responsibilities
- Ensure the correct application of Scrum principles and foster continuous improvement within the team.
- Organize Agile ceremonies including stand-ups, sprint planning, product demos, and sprint reviews.
- Remove roadblocks during sprints and ensure all necessary clarifications are addressed before sprint kick-off.
- Motivate the team and encourage accountability to deliver efficiently.
- Communicate delays in delivery clearly and constructively.
- Monitor team members’ skill levels (tools, knowledge, behavior) and escalate concerns when needed.
- Collaborate with the Product Owner to support release planning and maintain a healthy, execution-ready backlog.
Qualifications
Your profile
- Solid experience in Scrum and Agile methodologies.
- Proven track record managing software web application projects.
- Scrum Master (CSM) or Certified Scrum Professional (CSP) certification preferred.
- Strong communication skills in English; additional languages are a plus.
- Experience working in complex, cross-cultural environments is advantageous.
