We are hiring Junior, Medior, and Senior IT Scrum Masters to work closely with cross-functional teams, implement Agile practices, and ensure the successful delivery of projects.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead Scrum ceremonies and key Agile meetings.
- Assist the Product Owner in refining and prioritizing the product backlog.
- Champion Agile values and principles across the organization.
- Provide coaching and guidance on Agile best practices to teams.
- Remove obstacles and ensure teams have a smooth workflow to deliver effectively.
- Monitor team capacity and track project progress.
Required Skills and Qualifications
- Strong understanding of Agile methodologies and techniques.
- Experience with Scrum, SAFe, or other Agile frameworks.
- Scrum Master or SAFe certification is beneficial but not required.
- Exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Strong communication and leadership skills.
- A solid understanding of IT is preferred.
- You must be fluent in at least English and Dutch.
- A valid work permit for Belgium is required.
