Step into a strategic role as a Lead Scrum Master (Agile Coach) within our Software Engineering department.
You will be instrumental in fostering agile maturity across teams and departments, guiding the adoption of agile principles, and enabling high-performing, self-organizing teams across multiple value streams. Your deep expertise in agile methodologies will drive continuous improvement and innovation across our technology initiatives.
Responsibilities:
Champion agile values and principles across teams and leadership, fostering a culture of continuous improvement and learning.
Assess team and organizational agility maturity and tailor coaching strategies accordingly.
Facilitate workshops, training sessions, and agile ceremonies to build agile capabilities.
Identify and address organizational impediments to agile adoption and performance.
Collaborate with leadership to align agile practices with strategic goals.
Support the scaling of agile practices across multiple teams and value streams.
Provide mentorship and guidance to agile practitioners and leaders.
Measure and report on agile maturity and performance metrics.
Develop and refine project management processes and tools.
Collaborate on the development of strategic project plans, monitor project risks and implement mitigation strategies.
Requirements & Skills:
3 - 5 years of experience in an Agile/Scrum position
Agile Expertise: Deep knowledge of Scrum, Kanban, SAFe, LeSS, or other agile frameworks.
Coaching & Facilitation: Skilled in coaching individuals and teams at all levels.
Change Management: Experienced in leading agile transformations and cultural change.
Training Delivery: Proficient in designing and delivering agile training programs.
Organizational Agility: Ability to navigate and influence complex organizational structures.
Continuous Improvement: Strong focus on metrics, feedback loops, and iterative progress.
Stakeholder Engagement: Effective communicator with technical and non-technical audiences.
Strategic Alignment: Aligns agile practices with business and technology goals.
