About the Role
As a Junior SAP Project Manager, you’ll actively support the planning, coordination, and implementation of SAP-related projects (such as SAP S/4HANA migrations, module deployments like FI/CO, MM, SD, etc.). Working closely with business stakeholders, IT teams, and external consultants, you'll contribute to delivering SAP solutions that meet business objectives.
What You’ll Be Doing
- Assist in the delivery of SAP implementation or migration projects, supporting timelines, budgets, and scope definitions.
- Collaborate with key business users and SAP functional/technical consultants to gather and align project requirements.
- Help manage project documentation, risk logs, issue tracking, and meeting minutes.
- Coordinate activities across internal departments and external service providers.
- Monitor project progress and help ensure alignment with deliverables and milestones.
- Communicate project updates to internal teams and stakeholders in a clear and structured manner.
Your Skills & Qualifications
- Familiarity with SAP systems or modules (e.g. SAP S/4HANA, FI/CO, MM, SD, SuccessFactors, etc.).
- Basic understanding of project management methodologies such as Agile, Waterfall, or PRINCE2.
- Comfortable working with project tools like MS Project, JIRA, or SAP Solution Manager.
- Proficient in Office 365 tools (Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, Teams).
- Strong communication skills and the ability to collaborate with both business and IT stakeholders.
- Degree in IT, Business, Engineering, or related field is a plus.
- You speak Dutch and English, or French and English fluently.
