We are looking for an experienced Project Manager to lead the implementation of SAP S/4 Asset Management projects (EAM, IAM, IBP) within a large-scale transformation environment. You will manage the full project lifecycle and ensure alignment between IT, business stakeholders, and SAP delivery teams. The focus is on delivering sustainable and efficient solutions, ensuring scope, timing, and quality are met.
Role description
As SAP Plan to Maintain Project Manager, you will oversee the successful delivery of projects by defining scope, managing planning and budgets, liaising with key stakeholders, mitigating risks, and ensuring delivery of quality solutions in accordance with company standards. You will also contribute to the overall project delivery services team and work in close collaboration with the SAP and corporate IT environments.
Expected profile
- 15+ years of relevant project management experience in SAP environments
- Strong affinity with SAP and complex enterprise environments
- In-depth knowledge of SAP Plan to Maintain process flows
- Hands-on experience with SAP EAM, IAM, IBP on S/4, and PM, PP, PS on ECC
- Ability to drive S/4HANA best practices (e.g. clean core principles)
- Proven track record with project management tools and platforms (e.g. Jira, ERP, ServiceNow)
- ITIL certification (mandatory)
- Project methodology certification (e.g. PM² – mandatory)
- Proficient in Dutch or French, and English
- Able to lead steering committees and guide teams through complex delivery
- Strong communication, documentation, and presentation skills
- Willing to work in a hybrid regime (remote + onsite)
