We're hiring a self-employed Retail Auditor in Antwerp, responsible for checking compliance with current legislation and customer standards, advising and training customers in the food sector.
- Sample food, water, rodac (surface checks)
- Carry out hygiene audits (based on GHP)
- Carry out self-control audits (documentary audits)
- Conduct infrastructure and parking audits, room audits for large hotel chains, and customer experience audits
- On-demand coaching in kitchens to help and explain hygiene rules
- Pre-smiley audits and related advice
- Diploma in dietetics, agri-food engineering, organic, with a scientific option
- Good knowledge of food law (sector guide, European regulation, R&D)
- 3 years of experience in an auditor function
- Ability to interpret and adapt legislation on a case-by-case basis depending on the client
- Dynamic, rigorous, logical, coherent, attentive, organized and precise
- Knowledge of food microbiology, HACCP
- Good knowledge of French, Dutch, and English
- Good command of MS Office
- You know how to organize, show initiative, autonomy, and flexibility
