What will your day look like?

As an all-round Front Office employee, you are the first and last smile our guests see. Your goal: creating unforgettable stays!

Your daily tasks include:

• Welcoming and assisting guests in a friendly and professional manner
• Handling check-ins, check-outs, and processing reservations
• Answering guest inquiries, providing local tips and solving issues proactively
• Coordinating with housekeeping and other departments for seamless service
• Supporting front desk administration and back-office tasks
• Being a brand ambassador for Adagio and AccorHotels

Your profile

You’re precise when it comes to following procedures — but also creative when new ideas are needed. You’re tech-savvy, reliable, and enjoy working as part of a fun and supportive team.

You bring:

• Experience in reception / front office (or a strong motivation to learn)
• Solid computer skills and the ability to multitask
• A guest-oriented mindset and proactive attitude
• Flexibility to work early/late shifts, weekends, and holidays
• English fluency (Dutch, French, or German are a plus)
