Ansell is looking for a Replenishment Analyst, Demand Planning to join our team in Brussels, BE or Krakow, PL.
In this position you will play a vital role in supporting the EMEA Regional Planner by managing demand forecasts and inventory planning for key distributor partners, focusing on direct shipment and CPFR (Collaborative Planning, Forecasting, and Replenishment) alignment to ensure accurate forecasting and timely supply. The role requires close collaboration with commercial to maintain forecast accuracy and supply to manage inventory levels and minimize supply disruptions to the region.

What your role will be?
Collaborating with our cross functional teams, and reporting to the Regional Planning Lead, you will have the opportunity to:
Demand Planning & Forecasting:
- Support monthly demand review (DRMs) meetings with updated data, insights, scenario analysis and CPFR calls with key distributor partners to align on near-term demands and long terms growth trends.
- Maintain forecasts in Logility, reflecting trends and long-term plans; assist with container order placements for select distributors.
Cross-Functional Collaboration:
- Work with inventory, supply and other internal teams to address under/overstock issues, customer priorities, and manage airfreight deliveries end-to-end.
Reporting & Continuous Improvement:
- Provide regular and ad-hoc analysis to support planning activities; identify and implement process improvements and automation opportunities.
What will you bring to Ansell?
- Previous experience in demand and/or supply planning and in managing customer relationships, preferably in MNE matrix organisation.
- Solid understanding of ERP systems, supply planning processes, and customer service operations.
- Strong analytical mindset with high numeracy skills and advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Office tools.
- Experience or interest in automation and AI tools to enhance efficiency is a plus.
- Proactive, responsible, and results-oriented with strong problem-solving and organizational skills.
- Excellent communicator with a customer-centric approach, adaptable to fast-paced and multicultural environments.
- Languages: Fluent in English (written and spoken), French language is a plus
