We are currently looking for a Senior Business Analyst to support a prestigious European Institution based in Brussels. This is a long-term engagement with expected on-site presence 3 days per week (60% on-site / 40% remote).
Responsibilities
Conduct business process analysis and modelling using tools such as Microsoft Visio or equivalent.
Collaborate closely with stakeholders to gather, validate, and formalize business requirements.
Translate business needs into clear, structured documentation for IT development teams.
Support the testing and implementation phases of new solutions and processes.
Act as a bridge between functional teams and technical teams, ensuring alignment on project objectives.
Contribute to the continuous improvement of business processes across the institution.
Profile
Proven experience as a Senior Business Analyst within complex, structured environments.
Strong process modelling skills with hands-on experience using Visio or similar tools.
Knowledge of and familiarity with the functioning of European institutions is a strong asset.
Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
Ability to work independently and proactively in a multi-cultural, multi-lingual environment.
Fluency in English is required; knowledge of French is a plus.
