Your Role
As a Functional Analyst, you play a key role in connecting stakeholders, developers, and testers. You understand, streamline, and document business processes, ensuring smooth and efficient IT implementations.
Key Responsibilities
- Analyze and map existing processes to identify improvement opportunities
- Translate business needs into clear functional specifications, process flows, and user stories
- Organize workshops and conduct interviews to gather requirements
- Follow up on implementations and provide support during testing activities
- Safeguard the functional quality and ensure alignment of IT solutions with business objectives
- Advise on improvements in usability and system functionality
Your Profile
- Fluent in Dutch with strong communication skills
- Analytical mindset with keen attention to detail
- A true team player with a structured approach
- Comfortable working with both IT systems and business processes
- Experience with tools such as Office 365, Jira, or Confluence is a plus
- A bachelor’s or master’s degree in a relevant field is an asset
