We are looking for a Recruitment Specialist to undertake all hiring activities at Mediagenix, from advertising open roles to interviewing candidates and closing hires.
Your challenge
- In partnership with and as a trusted advisor to the Mediagenix leadership team, you act as a strategic talent scout, innovator and effective networker.
- Starting from a good understanding of our business and our industry, you proactively approach interesting profiles.
- You build a talent pipeline by developing innovative approaches with a mix of networking tools and social media.
- In addition, you are eager to co-create with the recruitment crew the strategy, hiring plan, actions and follow-up and at the same time manage your vacancies and candidates in the end-to-end recruitment and onboarding process.
Your interest and skills
- You have a mature mindset when it comes to self-leadership, change and organizational design.
- You see recruitment and growing the staff as a full-fledged activity which gives you energy.
- You have sound experience in shaping roles based on the long-term and constantly changing business needs and you are excited to co-create employer branding initiatives.
- You read, write and speak English fluently, as this is our company language.
- Strong communication skills, a no-nonsense nature and a collaborative and thoughtful approach come naturally to you. The combination of your Bachelor’s or Master’s degree, and relevant experience in recruitment allows you to take ownership.
