Quality Assurance Manager

At Uni Systems, we are working towards turning digital visions into reality. We are continuously growing and we are looking for a Quality Assurance Manager to join our UniQue team.

What will you be doing in this role?

• Performing of manual testing activities.
• Elaboration and maintenance of information systems quality control procedures.
• Definition, elaboration, management of and participation in quality tests.
• Coordination and collaboration with the project teams. Participate in Sprint Review meetings.
• Support the Project Managers of information systems to meet identified business needs and deliver high quality products and assist in the implementation of the project management methodology.
• Support the Analysis team by validating business requirements documents and production of test case models based on user requirements.
• Advice on quality improvements.
• Provision of quality studies, quality assessments or other quality matters associated with information system projects.
Coordination of test campaigns.

Requirements

What will you be bringing to the team?

• Have at least a Bachelor's Degree.
• A minimum 9 years of experience in IT.
• At least 5 years of specific expertise as manual tester.
• No less then 2 years of experience with Zephyr.
• At least 3 years of working experience with REST clients (e.g. Postman)
• Excellent knowledge of testing methodologies and tools.
• Knowledge of information systems lifecycle and development methodologies (RUP- RUP Agile or Agile Scrum).
• Knowledge of wiki, collaborative sites.
• Ability to write test scenarios, test cases.
• Capability to write clear and structured (test) reports and give presentations.
• Ability to participate in technical meetings.
• Very good communication skills with technical and non-technical audiences.
• Knowledge of Jira, Confluence, MS Teams
• Experience in automation testing will be considered an asset.
• Proficiency in English language at a C1 level is mandatory.
• Ability to speak French will be an advantage.
