Your mission:
As a Project Manager Performance Management in the Value Delivery Office of the Digital & Technology department, you will ensure we have IT cost transparency and oversee financial management, budget control for projects within the digital transformation initiatives. Your main responsibilities will include:
- Establish IT cost transparency and accountability.
- Identifying efficiency opportunities and optimize IT spend
- Collaborating with IT and digital teams to align financial objectives.
- Supporting the preparation of financial reports, tracking KPIs, and analyzing financial performance.
- Providing financial insights and regular updates to senior management regarding project performance and financial status.
- Assisting in resource allocation and ensuring cost efficiency in IT-related projects.
Your profile:
We do not only deliver letters and parcels, but also opportunities. This job is open to all with diverse backgrounds and talents, possessing the following skills:
- Strong background in financial controlling, budgeting, and financial analysis, preferably within the IT or digital transformation domain.
- Experience managing financial aspects of IT or digital projects.
- Analytical mindset with excellent problem-solving capabilities to optimize financial performance in digital initiatives.
- Clear communication skills to collaborate with cross-functional teams in a fast-paced, evolving tech environment.
- Detail-oriented, with a strong ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines in a dynamic setting.
- A strong command of English is essential, alongside fluency in at least one of the two national languages (Dutch or French). Proficiency in both is considered a significant advantage.
