Job Description About the Role
We are actively seeking Freelance Project Managers (Junior, Medior, and Senior) to manage end-to-end business and IT projects. You serve as the crucial bridge between IT and business teams, ensuring that every project aligns with the roadmap, remains within scope and deadlines, and stays on budget.
You collaborate with cross-functional teams and act as the central point of contact for both internal and external stakeholders. From project governance to C-level reporting, your ability to communicate, coordinate resources, and track progress is key to delivering successful outcomes.
Your Key Responsibilities
- Manage projects from A to Z: from documentation and planning to execution and closure
- Define and monitor scope, deadlines, budget, and resources, making adjustments where necessary
- Serve as the primary point of contact for stakeholders with transparent and continuous communication
- Train, guide, and support virtual and multidisciplinary project teams
- Identify, analyze, and mitigate project risks
- Monitor KPIs and report progress to senior management and C-level executives
- Ensure strong governance, alignment between stakeholders, and high-quality deliverables
- Actively participate in Agile ceremonies (where applicable) and foster a culture of continuous delivery
Your Profile Experience:
- Junior: 0–3 years in a supporting/coordinating role within IT or business projects
- Medior: 3–7 years leading digital transformation or cross-departmental projects
- Senior: 7+ years leading complex IT/business projects involving multiple teams and stakeholders
Education:
- High school diploma (CESS) required
- Additional certifications are a plus:
- Prince2, PMP, Agile/Scrum, ITIL
Languages:
- Minimum B2 level in Dutch and French (required)
- English is a strong asset

- Able to work independently and proactively in hybrid teams
Toolbox – You Are Familiar With : Project & Collaboration Tools:
- JIRA, Confluence, Trello, Asana, MS Project, Smartsheet, Notion, ClickUp

- Slack, MS Teams, Zoom
Productivity & Documentation:
- Google Workspace, MS Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
Agile & Reporting Tools:
- Agile boards, dashboards, and reporting systems
