Role: Project Manager Business - Senior

We are seeking two experienced Project Managers to support the implementation of a sustainability-driven transformation across our organization.
Both roles will be instrumental in leading and coordinating targeted, high-impact initiatives that embed sustainable practices into our operations and ensure alignment with evolving ESG (Environmental, Social, and Governance) standards.
Position 1: Project Manager – Sustainability Strategy & Change Implementation
In this role, you will work closely with the Program Lead and segment experts to support the execution of strategic sustainability programs. You will help embed sustainable practices into business operations and assist in implementing the new strategy through a robust change management approach. Your efforts will directly contribute to achieving our sustainability mission and driving long-term, responsible growth across the organization.
Position 2: Project Manager – ESG Norms & Regulatory Integration
In this role, you will support management in structuring and implementing ESG regulatory requirements, as well as BNP Paribas Group’s internal ESG Norms & Policies. You will collaborate with Norms & Policies experts to integrate these requirements into business processes and procedures. This position involves close coordination with key stakeholders across Business, ESG Risk, Compliance, and Finance to ensure consistent and effective application of ESG standards.
Function description
Develop change & training initiatives to support the rollout of Sustainable Business Programs, particularly for sales and client-facing teams.
Analyze problems, weigh options, and provide informed advice to management and stakeholders
Communicate change effectively to diverse stakeholders across different segments and leadership levels
Embed sustainability into the heart of our business, providing strategic guidance, tools, and skills to empower our colleagues to make a positive impact
Drive sustainable finance and business practices, leveraging your passion for sustainability to make a positive impact
More specific for position 1:
Support the Program lead with ad hoc sustainability projects. ensuring timely delivery, stakeholder alignment, and measurable impact.
Implement the “Sustainable by Design” approach within product tribes and decision-making processes (e.g. new activities, product development).
More specific for position 2 :
Support management in implementing the 2025 ESG Norms & Policies roadmap , contributing to the reinforcement of existing governance
Contribute to the structuring and content of regulatory frameworks (e.g. CSRD / EBA guidelines)

Required experience / knowledge
More than 4 years relevant experience in program management
Technical experience
Mandatory Office tools preferable
Business experience mandatory
Proven experience in the management of complex projects or a program of projects
Very good knowledge of Project management methodologies and tools
Strong organizational insight preferable
Passion for sustainable finance and business practices
Familiar with various IT systems
