We are looking for our future Project Manager & Business Partner Communications to join Aliaxis’ Corporate Communication team in Brussels.
In this role, you will coordinate key communication projects, manage stakeholder relationships, and ensure strategic communication alignment across key corporate functions.
Our ideal candidate has extensive expertise in managing high-impact communication projects, ideally within an international organization. Strong business partnering capabilities are essential to drive effective communication processes and maintain branding consistency across the organization.

Job description
- Coordinate projects and key account management for corporate communication initiatives.
- Facilitate the Communication Network & Council, ensuring regular engagement within the communication job family.
- Manage the development and updates of Communication Guidelines & Policies, maintaining consistency across the Group.
- Serve as the primary contact for branding guidelines and our media library to uphold global brand coherence and enrich our media database with our content officer.
- Supervise corporate events, ensuring alignment with strategic objectives and high-quality execution.
- Act as a strategic business partner for some of our global functions, as HR.
The role reports to the Head of Group Corporate Communications and is based in Aliaxis’ modern global head office in an easily accessible location in Brussel, with flexible remote working options.
Requirements
- Solid Project Management experience within corporate communications, leading cross-functional initiatives and ensuring stakeholders alignment.
- Expertise in branding principles and corporate identity management.
- Eye for design and visuals, including branding, photography, and video.
- Solid verbal and written communication skills in English.
- Excellent relationship-building skills, serving as a trusted business partner across multiple functions.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced evolving environment, applying agile and iterative project management approaches.
