At Electrolux, we are redefining the way people live and work. As a People Partner, you will play a key role in shaping a high performing, engaged, and inclusive workplace. You’ll be the go-to expert for people leaders and employees, driving the deployment of our People Plan and supporting transformation across your geographic scope.
What you’ll do
As a People Partner, you will:
- Deploy the People Plan aligned with our HR strategy and business goals.
- Support workforce planning, capability development, and organizational design initiatives.
- Lead transformation and change management efforts in collaboration with leadership.
- Coach and advise leaders on compensation, performance, and leadership development.
- Design and deliver people programs tailored to local needs, including onboarding, D&I, and wellbeing.
- Ensure compliance with local labor laws and manage union relations where applicable.
- Resolve employee relations issues and support ethics and disciplinary processes.
- Use people analytics to inform decisions and improve employee experience.

Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in HR, Labor Law, or related field (Master’s preferred).
- 5–8 years of progressive HR experience, ideally in a commercial setting.
- Strong generalist background across multiple HR functions.
- Deep knowledge of local labor legislation and compliance.
- Experience in union relations and managing complex employee relations cases.
Where you’ll be
You’ll be based at our commercial office in Brussels, working closely with the People Country Manager and Commercial People Business Partner.
