⭐ People Growth (knowledge management)

Knowledge management is the structure that helps to uphold our core values of transparency and distributed ownership. Becoming the architect behind the strategy is a real chance to play a key role at Alan and help scale our beloved culture.

The role is designed with 70% of the time spent on knowledge management and 30% of the time on the fundamentals expected within the People team (participation in rituals and oncall). This split is expected to evolve over time towards more People Growth topics, with knowledge management gradually taking up less bandwidth. Below is an overview of the role's key missions.
