Function description:
You will initially be responsible for the introduction by telephone:
You introduce the credit application with the customer by telephone, you follow up on their application so that their file is finalized as quickly as possible.
You have a highly developed commercial mind: you accompany the customer, you guide them, you are their “financial” advisor, it is you who, based on the analysis of the file, will propose the product best suited to their situation, you make the commercial rebound.
As the first point of contact, you also inform our customers on the follow-up of their request.
You have a “Sales” spirit, you like to surpass yourself and take on challenges.
You will then be responsible for monitoring credit applications by telephone:
You check contracts, supporting documents, legal notices and signatures and ensure their compliance.
You make funds available on our customers’ account.
You help customers find solutions in the event of non-compliance
