Q8 is a dynamic company in the midst of a transformation towards sustainable mobility.
In addition to our traditional activities—such as fuel stations and lubricants—we are investing heavily in electric and other future-oriented mobility solutions. To support our strong growth and ambitious strategy, we are looking for a driven and ambitious individual to join our KPNWE (Kuwait Petroleum North-West Europe) team.
Your Role
As a (Senior) Credit Analyst, you will take the lead in managing our credit processes, procedures, policies, and systems. Your main goal is to ensure the timely collection and management of receivables across our various business segments, while maintaining strong customer relationships and conducting thorough creditworthiness assessments.
In this senior position, you will drive continuous improvement in both internal operations and our credit scoring models to support balanced business growth. You’ll oversee daily activities and facilitate internal communication with stakeholders across business units to mitigate credit risk.
Your responsibilities include performing customer and group analyses, either independently or for presentation during Credit Committee meetings. You will support colleagues in liaising with credit insurers and contribute to credit risk reporting for management. Additionally, you’ll lead or participate in projects aimed at optimizing system integration—particularly between SAP and other platforms—as well as updating credit-related policies and procedures.
You’ll actively share your expertise, guide team members, and foster a culture of continuous improvement. You will also serve as the backup for the Credit Control Supervisor, stepping in to chair Credit Committee meetings and take on leadership responsibilities when needed.
What You Bring

- 3–5 years of experience in Credit Management ( or as risk underwriter)
- Proficiency in Excel, SAP, and Power BI (or comparable tools)
