Key Account Manager Off Trade Retail
Main Responsibilities of the role
The primary focus of this role will be to:
- Drive sales & profitability
- Increase volume, profit, distribution, market share by deploying the right Moët Hennessy portfolio assortment in the right point of sales in the Mass Retail Channel in Belgium.
- Develop & maintain strong trade relationships with key trade partners & their staff
- Plan and conduct annual negotiations with Key accounts like Delhaize, Carrefour (supported by the Off Trade Sales Director BE NL).
- To manage all day-to-day operational activities at KA, with a strong focus on building relations with individual stores, in line with Company goals and priorities
- Develop and implement sales plans with Key accounts.
- Increase distribution/listings with existing customers and grow market share
- Analyze performance & provide market insights
- Track and analyze sales data (sell-in/sell-out), market trends, and competitor activity to identify opportunities for growth.
- As the market lead for mass-retail channel, gather insights, share critical information, and stay in close collaboration with various departments.
- Focus on band building
- Play an active role in implementing brand strategies in the respective sales area.
- Executing brand strategies, promotional activities, and in-store activations to enhance brand visibility and consumer engagement.
- Represent Moët Hennessy portfolio
- The Off-trade Account Manager acts as a Brand Ambassador representing the Moët Hennessy portfolio.
Candidate's Profile
- Strong experience in sales dealing with mass retail.
- Thorough understanding of Off-Trade sector (not limited to wines & spirits, but could also be from beer or soft drink industry)
- Good knowledge of local trade practices
- Passion for wines & spirits and interest in the luxury segment
- Strong leadership and people management skills, as the role includes direct oversight of one team member.
- Strong analytical skills - Data processing and Excel skills
- Advanced negotiation skills
CHÂTEAU GALOUPET

Château Galoupet is a progressive wine estate of 77 hectares of protected woodland and 69 hectares of vineyards, certified organic since May 2023.
The estate was acquired by Moët Hennessy in 2019 – the first Cru Classé in its portfolio – with a clearly defined vision: craft elevated expressions of an exceptional terroir with utmost respect for nature and the environment, from ground to glass. For four years the team has worked closely with a community of experts to restore a rare ecosystem and adapt its viticultural practices to respect the natural balance of the vine in its environment. Home to just one of 12 queen bee fertilization stations in the world, the estate aims to express the full potential of the terroir in a sanctuary for biodiversity while being a lighthouse for sustainability within LVMH, and for environmental practices in the wine industry.
