Junior E-Retail Manager VIE
Responsibilities of the role
- Support Trade Activations
- Provide daily support to the Trade Marketing Manager (document preparation, presentation management, project follow-up,).
- Help develop and roll out promotional materials and visibility tools (POS, displays)
- Coordinate trade marketing campaigns in both On-Trade and Off-Trade channels
- Track and manage activation calendars and support with logistics
- Collaborate with Sales and Marketing
- Liaise with sales teams to understand customer needs and tailor trade tools accordingly
- Manage POSM and distribution in alignment with local opportunities
- Collaborate with Sales and Brand Management teams to ensure smooth project execution.
- Help localise global toolkits and adapt them to the Belgian market
- 3 . Budget & Reporting Support
- Assist in budget tracking and follow up
- Monitor the performance of trade actions and prepare simple performance reports
- Help maintain supplier and agency coordination for production and logistics
Professional experience & know how:
- A business or marketing degree (Master’s level preferred)
- Excellent command of Excel and PowerPoint: data management, presentation creation, and analytical reporting.
- Highly organized and detail-oriented: able to manage multiple tasks simultaneously and meet tight deadlines.
- Some previous internship or work experience in marketing, sales, or trade marketing
- Fluent in English – Dutch and/or French is a strong plus
- Strong organisation skills and attention to detail
- A team player with a positive attitude and a hands-on mindset
- Curious, proactive and passionate about premium brands
- A driver’s licenses is required for this position.
