About the Job
As a Retail Ops Trader, you’ll play a key role in driving in-season trading decisions and optimizing store performance across our European retail network. Working alongside a Senior Trader, you’ll use your analytical skills and commercial mindset to manage inventory flows, support store profitability, and ensure the right product is in the right place at the right time.
This is a hands-on, cross-functional role that requires strong collaboration with Retail, DTC, Planning, and Merchandising teams. You’ll manage initial allocations, replenishment, and customer service operations, while identifying opportunities and risks to drive revenue and margin. With a data-driven approach and a passion for retail, you’ll help shape our trading strategy and deliver an exceptional store experience.
Key Responsibilities
- Partner with the Senior Trader to manage replenishment strategies based on store and market needs
- Execute initial allocations aligned with range plans and store grading
- Monitor in-season profitability and support Geo/Category-level performance targets
- Conduct analysis to identify trading opportunities and risks, and recommend actions to drive revenue
- Set up promotional pricing in EPOS systems (Raymark/Xstore) and ensure clear communication with stores
- Generate and distribute pricing files (Pricecats)
- Identify and execute store-to-store transfers and excess inventory clean-up
- Support customer service operations including inbound/outbound logistics, returns, and vendor coordination
- Monitor product availability in European warehouses to support local trading initiatives
- Collaborate with Planning and Merchandising to reflect in-season learnings into future assortment strategies
- Visit retail stores regularly to gather market insights and inform trading decisions
About You
- Bachelor’s degree in Retail Management, Business, or Finance
- 2+ years of experience in retail; store-level experience is a plus
- Strong analytical skills and commercial awareness
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel and familiar with retail systems/tools
- Understanding of retail revenue drivers and KPIs
- Excellent problem-solving and decision-making skills
- Strong communicator with the ability to influence cross-functional teams
- Self-motivated, proactive, and comfortable working in a fast-paced, ambiguous environment
- Fluent in English; additional European languages are a plus
- Passionate about the Levi’s® brand and committed to delivering a great customer experience
This is a hybrid role primarily based in our Brussels with occasional travel (up to 10%) for market visits and internal meetings.
