Your role

As an IT Service Delivery Team Lead, you will be the point of contact for the local business and lead a team responsible for the seamless delivery of IT services within the BENE region. You combine technical expertise with leadership and stakeholder management to realize our digital strategy locally.

As an IT Service Delivery Team Lead:

You lead local IT service delivery and ensure compliance with SLAs.

You bridge the gap between local business needs and global IT solutions.

You coordinate local IT projects and support the implementation of group-wide solutions.

You implement the group IT standardized way of working in your team.

You manage a team of IT Support Engineers in Belgium and the Netherlands.

You promote the group IT culture to your team.

You report to the Subregional IT Manager BENE.

To succeed, you will need

Strong communication skills and a customer-oriented mindset.

Experience with ITIL processes and project management methodologies.

Proven experience in managing IT teams and stakeholder management.

Technical knowledge of infrastructure, applications, and service delivery models.

Fluent in Dutch and English.

Customer-oriented and proactive attitude.

Higher education or equivalent through experience.
