Lead a cloud engineering team responsible for designing, building, and managing AWS infrastructure using Terraform. You will represent the team as a member of the organization’s Cloud Governance Board, helping to shape and align the cloud strategy, drive cost optimization (FinOps), and mentor team members.

- Participate as a member of the Cloud Governance Board to help define and steer the organization’s AWS cloud strategy and standards.
- Lead design, implementation, and improvement of multi-account AWS environments using Terraform.
- Drive cost optimization and FinOps processes; monitor, report, and help manage AWS spending.
- Stay current with AWS and industry trends; recommend adoption of new technologies and practices where appropriate.
- Guide, mentor, and support team members’ technical development and knowledge sharing.
- Collaborate with global teams and work closely with both local and remote stakeholders.
- Participate in hands-on engineering (Terraform, Python, Bash, CI/CD with Github).
Your Profile:
- You are fluent in English (TME’s business language)
- Proven experience leading AWS cloud engineering/DevOps teams.
- Expertise in Terraform for AWS IaaC, plus Python and Bash scripting.
- Strong background with AWS services, networking, and multi-account architectures.
- Experience participating in strategy/governance boards or committees is a plus.
- Practical experience with cost management/FinOps in cloud environments.
- Excellent communication, coaching, and stakeholder management skills.
- AWS certification is a plus
- Optional: knowledge of cloud security best practices.
