You’ve mastered the world of indirect tax, but you’re not looking to play catch-up. You’re ready to work ahead of the curve. Own tax readiness and compliance across all channels

As our Indirect Tax Specialist, you’ll lead the setup and execution of indirect tax processes across ecommerce, wholesale, and marketplace channels. You’ll advise on day-to-day issues, but also lead indirect tax reporting, registrations, and partner closely with Ecomm, Operations, Accounting, and external advisors to ensure tax logic across SAP, Shopify, and our marketplace platforms runs seamlessly. This means handling VAT and GST filings globally, managing US sales/use tax, but also new market and channel launches and translate regulatory requirements into smart, scalable workflows and related documentation.

Your other responsibilities:

• Finalize and file indirect tax returns across multiple countries with full accuracy
• Prepare and maintain policy and process documentation and coordinate with external advisors for audits, documentation, and filings
• Monitor changes in global tax laws and update our systems and processes accordingly
• Partner with Legal and Ecomm teams on channel expansion and risk mitigation by designing scalable processes for global B2B, DTC, and wholesale tax operations
• Manage indirect tax logic in SAP, POS, Shopify, and marketplaces
• Build Loop-wide understanding of tax impact through training and clear processes

How you’ll succeed as an Indirect Tax Specialist

You’ll bring structure to complexity. With a sharp eye for detail and the ability to think across systems, you’ll create tax workflows that don’t just check boxes—but actually improve how the

business runs. You need the communication skills to advise, align, and influence cross-functional teams, and the technical rigor to make sure every filing is watertight.

These key competences will set you up for success:

• 10+ years indirect tax experience across ecommerce, B2B, and marketplace models
• Deep expertise in international VAT/GST and U.S. sales/use tax
• Hands-on experience in tax-relevant SAP configuration and commerce platforms like Shopify and Amazon
• Experience scaling tax processes in fast-growth global organizations
