Be Trusted Advisor
Our multidisciplinary team empowers national and international small and medium-sized enterprises, start-ups, scale-ups and mature tech companies by providing them the legal or tax expertise that they require to run a successful, innovative, growing business.
For Tax profiles:
You’ll work on some of the world’s most complex tax consulting and compliance issues. You’ll counsel business leaders and their teams as you gain knowledge of tax tools and systems. You’ll advise our clients on a wide variety of tax issues, tax planning and restructuring, and help them comply with their tax commitments, compliance and audits.
For Legal profiles:
You’ll be able to specialise in one of the following domains: business and commercial law, social law, corporate/M&A law, or private governance/estate planning.
As a legal consultant in all domains, you’ll provide practical, pragmatic and strategic advice to clients regarding a multitude of complex legal challenges. Working in close collaboration, you will help them to efficiently implement policies and procedures, as well as draft contracts and provide assistance in legal compliance. You’ll also research new regulations and trends, give workshops and seminars, publish articles, etc.
How will you grow?
- While becoming proficient in the tools and systems, you’ll be involved in different projects for a very wide portfolio of clients.
- As you grow in your job, you’ll take on the role of reliable business partner and a trusted advisor for SME managers and stockholders in our Belgian and international operations.
Who are you?
- You’re passionate about family-owned businesses and love building close relationships with your clients.
- You understand the importance of learning the systems, tools, and legislation to become a trusted advisor.
- You love problem solving and can turn complex technical analyses into practical solutions in a language others can understand.
- You’re not afraid to get out from behind your desk and connect with clients and other colleagues.
- You have a master’s degree in a business-related discipline (such as economics) or a master in law. A postgraduate or complementary master’s qualification in tax, an additional law or notary law is a strong asset.
- You are fluent in Dutch and English.
