Hospitality Steward (M/F/X) – Front Desk and Administrative Support

Your Responsibilities:
- Greet customers warmly and professionally upon arrival, ensuring a positive first impression and setting the tone for their experience.
- Escort clients to the appropriate advisor or department for further assistance, ensuring a seamless transition.
- Handle incoming calls with courtesy and clarity, redirecting them appropriately or answering basic inquiries related to daily banking services.
- Process incoming emails with precision and efficiency, ensuring timely responses and proper documentation.
- Guide clients in using digital banking tools and applications (e.g., Easy Banking Web and App), empowering them to manage their accounts effectively.
- Maintain accurate internal records and assist with the ongoing update of customer data, ensuring consistency and reliability.
- Provide administrative and logistical support to ensure the smooth functioning of daily operations, contributing to the overall efficiency of the team.
- Act as a point of contact to facilitate internal coordination, ensuring that all client needs are addressed promptly and enhancing the overall customer experience.
Your Profile:
- Excellent command of Dutch, French, and English (spoken and written).
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent through relevant experience, preferably in a commercial context.
- Comfortable with computers, Outlook, and able to quickly adapt to new software (including internal banking tools).
- At least 1 year of relevant experience in a similar role (e.g., reception, front office, or banking support).
- Strong interpersonal skills, with a polite, courteous, and trustworthy demeanor.
- You are meticulous, punctual, solution-oriented, and have a natural sense of commercial awareness.
- A genuine interest in the banking and financial services sector is a plus.
