Your JobQover is seeking a senior, process-driven leader to lead our Delivery and Project team as well as to operate as a program manager. As Head of Program Delivery, you will set the strategic roadmap for how Qover plans, governs, and measures delivery across all client programs while managing and developing a team of Project Managers. Reporting directly to a Management Team member, you will combine best-in-class program leadership with rigorous process design, KPI frameworks, and capacity planning to enable Qover to scale predictably and profitably.You’ll be responsible for driving strategic execution, optimising delivery processes, and ensuring effective stakeholder engagement both internally and externally. Your leadership will help shape how Qover scales its delivery capabilities across markets and verticals.
Key Responsibilities :
Client & Program Delivery● Serve as the primary interface with client-side stakeholders throughout the program lifecycle.● Build and maintain strong relationships with client sponsors, decision-makers, and operational teams.● Translate complex business objectives into structured program plans with clear outcomes and timelines.● Lead program governance activities such as steering committees, stakeholder updates, and reviews.● Steer the requests of our clients towards fitting our configurable platform● Identify, track, and manage program risks and cross-functional dependencies.
People Management● Lead, coach, and develop a team of Project Managers across multiple concurrent initiatives.● Foster a high-performance culture rooted in ownership, transparency, and continuous learning.● Conduct regular performance reviews and support career development within the team.
Process & Operational Excellence● Design, implement, and continuously optimise a company-wide delivery framework—including stage-gates, RACI matrices and projects pack, and quality standards—that balances agility with governance.● Establish the master KPI hierarchy (leading, lagging, and diagnostic metrics) for on-time delivery, budget adherence, customer satisfaction, and team throughput; socialise dashboards with executives and cross-functional leaders.● Run the quarterly capacity-planning and portfolio-prioritisation process, ensuring resources are allocated to the highest-value initiatives and trade-offs are transparent.● Audit and refine tooling (e.g., Jira, Confluence, Notion) so that data flows seamlessly from execution to reporting, enabling real-time decision-making.● Collaborate cross-functionally with Product, Engineering, Sales, and Customer Success to streamline operations and delivery workflows.
Your profile
● 10+ years of experience in program or project management, including at least 3 years in a people management role.● Proven track record of leading complex, multi-stakeholder programs in a client-facing environment.● Strong communication, leadership, and stakeholder engagement skills, including with executive-level contacts.● Experience optimising delivery operations and scaling internal processes.● Background in agile or hybrid project environments.● Proven record establishing enterprise-grade programme governance models, KPI trees, and capacity-planning cadences in high-growth or large-scale organisations.● Fluency in operational analytics tooling (BI dashboards, OKR software, or similar) and ability to translate data into executive-level insights.● Experience as a consultant in Program Management is a strong plus, especially with exposure to enterprise clients.What’s in it for you:
