Job Description
Handary is a Shelf-life Specialist, we seek a Head of Order preparation (Fleurus) to carry out product packaging, labeling, and order preparation activities, while assisting in logistics operations to ensure accurate, timely, and safe dispatch of goods. This role requires attention to detail, the ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment, and adherence to quality and safety standards.
Tasks & Responsabilities:
- Package products according to company quality guidelines and customer specifications.
- Apply accurate labels, barcodes, and regulatory markings on all products.
- Verify orders against packing lists and ensure correct quantities.
- Prepare goods for shipment, including palletizing, wrapping, and loading.
- Assist with logistics coordination and completion of shipping documentation.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization in the packaging and storage areas.
- Monitor stock of packaging materials and report when replenishment is required.
- Follow health, safety, and hygiene standards at all times.
- Support warehouse and production teams during peak periods.
Requirements
- Bachelor diploma or equivalent.
- Previous experience in packaging, labeling, warehousing, or logistics is an advantage.
- Ability to read and interpret labels, packing slips, and shipping documents.
- Good attention to detail and manual dexterity.
- Basic computer skills for label printing and order entry.
- Physical ability to lift and move packages and stand for extended periods.
